Happy Birthday Dad!

My Dad turns 60 today!

I can't believe it! It was just the other day I remember asking my dad how old he was and he told me he was 33 (true story)and I said, "Wow, that's old"! I remember him looking at me and saying that 33 is not old, but at the age of 9, 33 seemed like a lifetime away. Where did the time go?

I am so proud of my dad for following Jesus with tenacity, loving his wife as Christ loved the church, and for being the best dad imaginable. All the other things that were provided to my siblings and I by my parents rank a very distant second to the aforementioned eternal intangibles.
