What Break?

Good Evening!

WE are supposed to be on break, but I am busier now than ever!

Last weekend my family and I spent some time with our friends Keith and Susan Davey in Albany NY. Keith and Susan are our friends since our college days in Springfield MO. My wife and I had the opportunity to lead worship and preach on Sunday. This was a blast!

It was great to reconnect with our friends again.

This week is filled with excitement because my brother Mark is getting married on the 28th and I had my ordination interview today. My brother Mark is getting married in Virginia Beach, Virginia! My brother is 32 and has been looking for the right woman for some time now. He finally found a wonderful woman to who said yes! I am excited because I am officiating the wedding. I am thrilled to see all my relatives that I have not seen in a very long time. So, all in all this weekend should be great.

I finally had my ordination interview today. My wife and I were interviewed at the District Office by our district officials. This was a wonderful process of question and answers. I really felt like this was the right time to finally go throught this process. I am so glad I waited!
